Pole Diva Level 1 (Intro)

You will learn the most basic pole moves that will prepare you for the next level. The pace is very slow and concentrates on you fully understanding the spins and movements. You will learn up to 3 spins per class. Over the course you will learn a total of 5 Intro spins. Once you have mastered the spins please move up to the a combination class (Pole Diva Level 1 and Pole Vixen Level 2). The main focus of this class is to bring out your confidence and inner sexy diva.
Pole Diva Level 1 and Pole Vixen Level 2 (combo class)
Stilettos aren't required / wear shorts or yoga pants and tank top / knee pads:
If you have taken a couple of classes or you workout on a normal and can pick up moves pretty easily then you can take this class to start your pole journey. You will learn over 30 spins, basic climbs, and choreography. This is a good class to help give you a handle on proper hand and foot placement.
Pole Vixen Level 2
Stilettos are strongly suggested / wear shorts and tank top / knee pads:
This class is good for more experience students that have been poling for about 2 months. You will learn exotic moves, over fourty spins using one or both hands, a variety of ways to climb the pole, pirouettes, and sexy floor movements. The focus during the warmup will be on balance, flexibility, core, and upper strength.
Pole Vixen Level 2 and Pole Star Level 3
Stilettos are strongly suggested / wear shorts and tank top / knee pads:
This combination class is good for students with at least 2-3 months of consistent beginner classes and for true intermediate students. The moves and transitions definitely get harder. You will learn moves that require leg holds (no hands), inversions from the floor (flip upside down), inversions into beginner pole tricks, double and triple spin combinations, variety of intermediate ways to come out of your climbing, and beginner floor rollovers. *We do offer a spinning pole class for this level as well, check the class schedule.*
Pole Star Level 3
Stilettos are strongly suggested / wear shorts and tank top / knee pads:
This class is for students that can climb and invert with no problem. You will be learning how to do moves on a spinning pole, Intermediate pole trick combinations, Intermediate spin combinations, inversion combinations, learning how to invert from top of the pole into different holds, and more. You should be able to do a 2 minute freestyle with confidence and conviction if reserving a spot in this level. **(Requirement - Students should be able to perform an Aerial Inversion to take this class!)
Pole Goddess Level 4
Wear shorts (less attire as possible) / knee pads:
In this class you will learn advance upside down tricks into combinations, variations of climbing the pole, and advance floor moves. You should be able to freestyle to a whole song with major swag. **(Requirement - Students should be able to perform an Aerial Straddle (enter, hold & exit) without assistance to take this class!)
Deep Stretch & Flexibility
Wear comfortable attire / mats are provided:
Release tension, increase flexibility, and stimulate circulation. No matter what form of dance you take (pole dance, ballet, jazz, ballroom, hip hop, modern or other), you'll do stretching exercises to target all the main muscle groups in your body. Repeat stretching will lead to greater flexibility over time.

Come learn how to shake, clap, and drop your butt. It doesn't matter if you do or don't have a butt you can still learn how to move those muscles. In this class, you will learn a series of exercises and routines that will get your heart pumping by shaking your butt to a fast or slow tempo. GET READY: Your butt and thighs will be on FIRE!!

You will be performing a series of booty drills across the floor. This class is for you to build your stamina, strengthen your core, and tone your legs. Your butt and thighs will be on FIRE. Only reserve a spot if you are ready to WORK!!!
Pole Choreography "Routines and Solos"
Stilettos are strongly suggested / wear shorts and tank top / knee pads:
This class is for students wanting to learn how to put all of their skills into a sexy fluid routine. The instructor will show a routine for both levels to master or she might request you create your own solo routine and perform in front of the class. You will definitely overcome shyness and lack of confidence in this class. Prerequisite: Only intermediate and advance students may take this class.
Secret Physique (Circuit Training - Fitness Room)
Tennis shoes are required / wear pants / tank top:
This class will guide you through a program that will develop strength and increase endurance. With a regular strength training program, you can reduce your body fat, increase your lean muscle mass and burn calories more efficiently. We promise you will never get bored! Get fit, get right, and get tight..... (Equipment: treadmill, bowflex, kickboxing bag, and more).
Floor Inversions (Beginners)
No shoes!! / wear shorts / tank top:
Learn how to properly flip upside down aka invert from the floor. The instructor will show you different techniques so that you can master a clean straddled invert. Once you master a floor straddle then take the Aerial Inversion class.
Aerial Inversions (Intermediate and Advance)
No shoes!! / wear shorts / tank top:
You will learn how to master an invert from mid-air. This class is designed to help students perfect different inversion moves/tricks. Requirement: Students must have a clean FLOOR straddle inversion to take this class!)
Floor and Aerial Inversions (w/ Tricks & Spins)
Stilettos if comfortable inverting / wear shorts and tank top / knee pads:
This class is a mixed level. You must be able to Invert from the floor or aerial in order to take this class. *Not for INTRO STUDENTS*

This class helps you to discover your inner DHQ (Dancehall Queen). The Sexy rhythmic dance style that DHQs are known for is broken down step by step. Set to the latest dancehall riddims (rhythms) you will learn the world famous headtop (headstand) move along with much more that will impress everyone including you!

You may learn a routine that incorporates lap dancing, exotic movements, crawls, hypnotic circles, how to move your butt across the floor, floorwork (rollovers), and more. Take this class if you truly want to know how to be a "Fantasy".
AAA - Absolutely All Abs

A challenging 45 minute AB and lower back workout that will work every angle of your core. This class goes above and beyond sit ups and crunches to define and sculpt the abdominal.
Afternoon Bootcamp w/ Phil

This class is to help you get into great shape, lose weight, tone your body, and increase energy. The exercises are designed to work together to create balance, strength, and flexibility. When performing the exercises you do not use any specific equipment. Instead you simply exercise using body weight to provide the necessary resistance in order to build and strengthen your muscles. Body weight exercises include both strength training exercises as well as cardiovascular exercises. These can range from walking, jogging, jumping jacks and jumping rope. You may also perform yoga and meditation exercises as well as strength training exercises using your weight like push ups, crunches, and many upper and lower body exercises.
Outdoor/Indoor Banging Body Bootcamp

This class is to help you get into great shape, lose weight, tone your body, and increase energy. You will be indoor and outdoor, depending on the weather so bring your tennis shoes at all times. Get ready to jog, jump, squat, do push ups, crunches, and many upper and lower body exercises.
Ultimate Lower Body
Tennis shoes are required / wear pants and tank top:
The exercises are designed to work together to create balance, strength, and flexibility. When performing the exercises you do not use any specific equipment. Instead you simply exercise using body weight to provide the necessary resistance in order to build and strengthen your muscles. Targeted muscles: Abs, Thighs, and butt.
Swag Sensual Movements
Stilettos are strongly suggested / wear shorts and tank top / knee pads:
Learn basic sensual movement through stretch and body exploration. Feel sexy with hypnotic head tosses, body circles, slow routines, seductive walks, and basic crawls. This class will focus on you learning how to do movements through repetition. The more you do the moves the better you will become. Even though the moves are slow and sexy, you will sweat. (We will use the pole for a prop. (Not a pole dance class)
Basic Climbing "Intro/Beginner"
Stilettos are strongly suggested as it helps grip the pole (patent leather shoes) / wear shorts and tank top:ole (patent leather shoes):
Come practice or learn how to properly climb the pole!
