Our pole dance studio is different from some of the others because we make sure you get your own pole for the entire class, no sharing! In addition, our instructors show extreme patience to every student and give encouraging words along the way. We understand this is new to you and you will be a little nervous your first couple of times, but don't worry we are very supportive.

This is more than a trend or fad, sensual dance and fitness classes are a statement of positivity and acceptance, where you are empowered through graceful, seductive movements to feel sexy, confident, feminine, and fit. Imbue your poise, stride, and attitude with sensual empowerment cultivated in lively classes ranging in skill and theme from Pole Dance Level 1–4 to Zumba.
